With the recent additions of an Elevator (with Outside Ramp and Bellman's Cart), a huge new 1st level Game Room with beach access, and an all new, upgraded and enlarged Kitchen - this house keeps getting better and better. Arriving and departing are a breeze - just load up the cart right at your car and roll it up and into the elevator. The 1200 sq ft game room has games and game tables for all ages, a TV viewing area, and a refrigerator with ice maker. The 2nd level has a remodeled and well supplied kitchen, complete with high definition cable TV/DVD. The kitchen includes a dining area with seating for 18 and cabinetry with modern solutions for ease in storing and finding cooking essentials. It has 2 double ovens with cooktops, 2 microwave ovens (1 with convection oven), a freezerless refrigerator, a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, 2 dishwashers and generous counter space (including an island with prep sink and disposal). Adjacent to the kitchen/dining area is a beautifully paneled great room with a mini-grand digital piano (karaoke capability included). The 3rd level has another Great Room with a Media Center (Bose Surround Sound, 50" Plasma HDTV, DVD player, and several comfy recliners), and an almost-a-kitchen Wet Bar with seating for 4 (large ice maker, DW, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee-maker, etc.). All 9 sleeping areas have a view of the ocean. They all open directly onto an open deck, a covered deck, a screened-in porch, or an insulated, air conditioned sunroom with windows on 3½ sides and an adjacent open deck. (The sunroom contains a large Hot Springs Hot Tub.) All sleeping areas have easy access (not through the house) to outside stairs leading directly down to the beach and swimming pool.
